Bell Ferris Taught a Record Number of Appraisers This Month

Bell Ferris taught a record number of appraisers from the four Florida Appraisal Institute chapters this month. We had nearly 70 appraisers in attendance, a record number.

The 4-hour continuing education seminar was packed with information about the sharing economy, the proper valuation procedures for properties with short-term rental income, the highest and best use, analysis of a subject’s STR income and occupancy history, and the appropriate allocation of assets.
