Las Vegas Short Term Rental Class a Success

Bell Ferris taught 30+ appraisers, investors, and regulators at ValExpo 2024 at Ceasar’s Palace in Las Vegas this past week. The Appraisal Institute, a sponsor of the event, put on the class. We discussed the components necessary to properly appraise short-term rental properties, such as Airbnb and VRBO. We had students from Maryland to Alaska attending, so it was a great mix of markets represented.
