Jason Ferris Presents Short-Term Rental Class at ValExpo 2024 in Las Vegas

Jason Ferris, MAI, SRA, developer of the course “Impact of Short Term Rentals on Real Property Valuation” for real estate appraisers and professionals, will be teaching the 7-hour Continuing Education course at Valuation Expo 2024 in Las Vegas in August 2024. This class is now part of the Appraisal Institute curriculum, which premiers in Summer 2024. The course is designed to teach appraisers, real estate agents, brokers, Realtors, and other real estate professionals the proper way to value real estate that has a short-term rental component.
