Bell Ferris Instructor Branches Out to Instruct Lenders

Our Chief Appraiser, Jason Ferris, MAI, SRA, will be teaching a seminar for ProBank Education Services / Forvis to commercial bankers and lenders nationwide on March 14, 2023. The seminar will discuss how banks should view short-term rental (STR) properties, which pose a unique challenge for appraisers. The seminar explores the concept of business value, FF&E and real estate value components, all of which make up going-concern value.
