Puerto Rico Welcomes Bell Ferris Appraiser for Short-Term Rental Class

On September 22nd, the Puerto Rico and Caribbean Chapter of the Appraisal Institute held a sold-out class on the Impact of Short Term Rentals on Real Estate Appraisals.

Over 45 professional residential and commercial appraisers joined Jason L Ferris, MAI, SRA from Bell Ferris, who instructed the group, for a 7-hour continuing education class. They discussed how to value short-term rental properties, such as those often found on AirBNB, HomeAway and VRBO.
