National Premiere – Appraisal Institute – Short-Term Rental Class (7 Hours CE)

Jason L Ferris, MAI, SRA, Appraiser with Bell Ferris, Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky has partnered with the Appraisal Institute to develop a 7-hour continuing education seminar titled “Short Term Rentals: Impact on Real Estate Valuations”. The course offers real estate appraisers a method specifically to value short-term rental properties, such as those rented on AirBNB and VRBO. The national premiere of the course will be over a 2-day period May 9 and 10, 2024 in Urbandale, IA, and Coralville, IA, hosted by the Iowa Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
