2025 Tax Season: Will You Need to Hire an Appraiser to Help With a Tax Appeal?

The Jefferson County Kentucky PVA office has not updated their 2025 calendar yet. However, we estimate that updated assessments will be mailed in early April. The PVA Online Appeal process will be from late April into early May. If the PVA does not agree with your estimated value, your in-person Board hearing will likely be in July.
