2024 Tap Appeal Wrap-up Report
Bell Ferris completed 19 appraisal reports for the 2024 Jefferson County Kentucky Tax Appeal season. After that, we testified in 18 of those hearings in July.
In each case, the PVA agreed to, or very close to, our market value of the commercial and residential properties. The 2024 assessments were found to be above market value and our appraisals reflected current market value (actually the values were retrospective, as of January 1, 2024).
Total assessments were over $76,000,000 combined.
